From fine dining in the Crush Room to casual meals in the Piazza restaurant and refreshing drinks in the Paul Hamlyn Hall bar, there’s something for everyone.
Our team run three restaurants, five bars, an artisanal café and a staff eating space. All of the unique locations share the commitment to using the finest local ingredients and delivering impeccable service.
In celebration of reopening post-covid, our culinary team (led by Executive Chef, Richard Robinson) crafted an exciting range of food and drink across the house to truly reflect everyone’s unique and personal preferences.
Some of the favourite dining spaces have been enhanced, such as the introduction of a beautiful seafood bar and hot food in the Crush Room, and others have been reimagined to truly offer a memorable experience.
