Our talented Executive Chef Brwa Ahmad has crafted a seasonal three-course set menu inspired by the very essence of the garden. The allure of these evenings extends beyond the flavours of the menu we also invite you to indulge in the wisdom of an RHS curatorial expert who will give you a tour and a captivating talk about the garden which the menu has been inspired from.
But that's not all! As a special treat, we are thrilled to announce that guest chef José Pizarro, often described as the Godfather of Spanish cooking in the UK and Douglas McMaster, the visionary behind the acclaimed world's first zero-waste restaurant, Silo will be hosting dinners crafted especially for RHS Garden Wisley.
These exceptional guest chef dinners promise an extraordinary fusion of culinary artistry and sustainable innovation, presented against the backdrop of our garden.

Join us for a spectacular dinner, served on the Sky Terrace overlooking the Wellbeing Garden at Hilltop, having enjoyed a summer evening walk around with our expert garden team. Enjoy Wisley in the evening light, and take in the magnificent Mixed Borders (with nobody else around!) while we explain how we create summer long displays with tender Salvias, repeat flowering roses and shrubs chosen for their bold coloured foliage. Hydrangeas will feature, as they start to steal the summer show, along with a few of Wisley’s more unusual plant treasures you may not have spotted before.

Join us for a tropical evening at Wisley, taking in the colours, scents and extraordinary plants that grow in the Wisley Glasshouse. The evening will feature truly tropical plants from the Glasshouse, the towering tree ferns of the temperate house, and a peek behind the scenes in the glasshouses where many collections are held. The Exotic Garden will also feature, to show you how to get the ‘exotic look’ outdoors. The evening will conclude with a three-course dinner outside in the garden, with the Glasshouse nearby.

The Wisley World Food Garden contains many crops and plants that are new to Wisley, and in the World Food Maze, vegetables and fruits are both intriguing and beautiful. Hear about what we are trialling, and how we are growing it. The World Food Garden is managed both no-dig and chemical-free, so learn more about these techniques and take some inspiration home for your garden (and kitchen!). A beautiful dinner with garden produce and a menu inspired by the garden, will be served in the World Food Garden itself, as the sun goes down over the adjacent arboretum and orchard.

Wisley has held a collection of apples for decades, though the orchard is going through an enormous period of change as we have moved it to a spray-free management style, and have started to introduce mixed plantings, habitat and meadows, to create a self-sustaining ecosystem. The results so far are encouraging, and there is a lot more to come. Join our expert team for a tour to hear about this new style, and how we are refocussing on how we grow and showcase apples. A beautiful apple-themed dinner will then be served on the adjacent Sky Terrace.
